THE LINE

by Alessandro Stevanon

short film (Italy; 2017; 15′)

Synopsis

Federico is an eleven-year-old boy living in a small town in northern Italy. Silent and reflective, he is invisible to his classmates and parents. An encounter with an old Senegalese artist helps him discover his own talent and learn to see others for what they are: people with a story made up of details, which can only be told by those who know how to look. A contemporary fairy tale about friendship.
